A 34-page document with lots of math formulas. So the Czech Ministry of Finance has introduced the new guidelines on limits to average hourly loss for gambling, land and online.
Starting this week, all players will have to adapt their gaming systems, whether physically or on line, in order to comply with the new regulatory requirement imposed by game rules.
The layout requires operators to block the game when the user exceeds the limits.
